  1. why not?you can cash as much as you want provided the check is issued to you. http://kacash.livejournal.com has a short list of casinos and poker sites with very flexible payment methods

  2. The UIGA (unlawful internet gaming act) governs how the gaming site receives funds from american citizens, not how the player receives its money. If you are dealing with a large sum of money I suggest that you withdraw the money in increments under $1200 (for tax reasons only). Large sums are tracked and reported to the IRS.

On a side note check out the PPA (poker players alliance). It is the group that represents internet poker players and we are trying to repeal the UIGA.

    good luck at the tables

  3. You can take check from poker sites.  The name of the poker site is not mentioned on each check.

  4. Yeah, why not, the banks cash everything, I know people that cash out from gambling sites.

  5. Yes, because the entity issuing the checks does not bear the name of the poker site it is doing business with-for example, PokerStars uses a generic sounding company called "Customer Service International" who issues and sends the checks.
