Our parents are citizens of India and they our currently visiting the US. Can they travel with us to Puerto Rico for a vacation on their multiple-entry US Tourist B-1/B-2 Visa and re-enter the United States without any complications?

  1. Absolutely, Puerto Rico is considered a protectorate of the United States, meaning it's a basically a US state without any votes in the Senate/House. It's highly doubtful if anyone will check visas/passports if you're going from mainland US to Puerto Rico. Just have your parents bring their visa's with them to prove identification along with some type of photo ID. Enjoy your vacation,
