Can Vegans eat Seafood?

Question

My big sister is "suppossably" a vegan.

and i was wondering if they can eat tuna, salmon, shrimp basically any sea food, cause i saw her eating seafood and i told her she was a big fat meat-eating liar! and she was like "wtf your stupid, vegans can eat seafood bcuss it's not meat!".

but i think she's a liar.

Vegans do not under any sucanstances eat andthing from animals, including any animal byproducts(that includes fish) maybe she said she was a vegatarian, there are all types of vegatARIANS, LACTO -OVO VEG, ovo- veg, and some vegatarians do eat fish, cheese, milk or milk products but no meat( cow, chicken,pig,lamb etc.
