Can Venezuelan money be exchanged in Colombia at all? If so, is there just one rate official and unofficial, or are there two, as in Venezuela? If there is a usual rate of exchange good anywhere, what is it?

  1. Venezuelan money can be exchanged in any Colombian bank or in the airport. I do not know about an unofficial rate exchange because I do not part take in illegal activities, but yes I have heard of it happening with the new Venezuelan currency (Bolivar Fuerte).

    1 Bolivar (VEB) = 0.84 Pesos (COP)

    1 Bolivar (VEF) = 839,83 Pesos (COP)

  2. Only for cocaine.
