Can Vinca's cross pollinate?

Question

I have white vinca's and fusia vinca's planted right beside each other in the ground and there are now light pink vinca's starting to grow.

Could this be a result of cross pollination or is it possible these are the same vinca's I planted from last year?

yes they can. just because they are different colors means nothing. in s. florida they have escaped and seed everywhere.
