Can Weed Killer affect Rough Sand?

If I spray Weed Killer on some grass that are growing on some Rough Sand that is use to built building.

It should be fine, just follow the direction on the label ..I don't understand what you mean by affect the sand ....We are building a house and had to spray the sand before we add the slab.. and it didn't affect the sand
