Can Wii have expansion packs for Speed Racer?

For anyone who has played Speed Racer for wii and liked it, you might agree that it needs more than just five places to race in. Does anyone know if it is possible for wii to have expansion packs or some sort of downloadable wii shopping thing? Because if so they need to do this!

If a game didn't release with downloadable content, it won't ever have downloadable content.

Wii's non-Shop Channel downloadable service is called Wii Pay and Play.  Only one Wii game currently takes advantage of this, and it's a WiiWare game--Final Fantasy-Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King.

So, in this case, no, it's not possible for Speed Racer.  But it is possible for Wii games to have downloadable content.
