Can YMCA memberships be used in different states?

I live in Rochester NY and I'm going to Gloucester MA (just outside of Boston) for a week of vacation. Working out is in my daily routine and I was wondering if my Y membership is valid in other states. I know that the Y only has one membership now that I can use anywhere in Rochester, I'm just not sure if i can use it elsewhere...HELP ME OUT!
