Can YOU imagine this design?? for my bedroom HELP PLZ!!?

i am a 13 yr old girl and i am re painting my room but im very confused on what colors to do i like more of the rock type of style if you could help me by giving me websites or something

MY IDEA!:

i want to do a stripe theme so im imagining a black and white strips across the room (side to side not up and down about 1 foot for each stripe)but i am very confused because i figure the black and white would go along with any color like blue purple pink green ect.

OR I COULD

do 3 colors of stripes which would be black white and purple(side to side 1 ft each) would that be better? but the only bad part about that is other colors mite not match the whole room

my room is simple just a square shape PLZ HELP ME!!

the black and white stripes thing is the best idea if u wana change the colors around your room. if u paint it black white and purple then any other color would probably not match and ull end up witha rainbow room which isnt very rock type right?

I luv painting rooms and color is always the toughest thing to choose! Go to www.dressupgames.com the click on rooms and houses or somthing like that scroll down and look at all of the different games there is 1 good 1 that has real furniture and paint colors you can use. I think it really depends on what color the carpet is and what color the furniture is. if you want it to match think of what goes together like green and pink or blue and yellow. Hope this helps!

black and white would be cute, but I think I'd do stripes as long as the wall because the broken-up-ness of the colours will probably make your room look smaller, but its all up to you! :)
