I was wondering if doing yoga stretching (particularly the Frog) would help broaden my hips. I am 18, but I think I am still growing since my period hasn't settled yet. And also, I read that the hips may continue to broaden into the mid-twenties. Please help me with this, I have very narrow hips and was wondering if there is anyone who knows about this. I have read of people increasing their height through yoga and breathing exercises, so I thought the same principles could apply to the hips. Please help me. Thank you.
