I went to my first class the other day and after it was over the teacher said to make sure we drink lots of water for the next few days because yoga kick up alot of the bodies toxins...well by coincidence or not a few hours later i started to feel a cold coming on and withing a day i had a full blown cold, dry cough/runny nose...could it be from the yoga? weird question i know but it kinda feels like it was lol
