Question:

Can You Lose Fat Without Exercise?

I'm not going to do it, I'm just wondering if it could be done. I'm pretty sure it can be done with a perfectly healthy diet, low in calories.

But, would you have to completely deplete carbohydrates from your diet, since carbohydrates turn to glucose and are stored as fat if they are not used as energy?

  1. i think you could do it on a mostly vegetarian diet.  You'd have to limit some protein sources such as nuts and beans, but you could definitely do it.   I think the right type of carbs and you could lose weight.  the more natural the carbs, the better for you.  But if you want to lose weight, you'd have to limit some types of carbs and not others.  In my opinion.

  2. well if u mean no exercise as in sit around all day eh no u cant lose weight unless u dont eat cuz laying in bed all day burns 1100cals-1500cals 1500cals for like a 220lb person lol so itd take a while walking around doing normal stuff u can yes ud have to limit calories and LIMIT carbs not not have any like ud have to go on a domantly protein diet..id say 60% protein 30% carbs 10% fat..that'd probably do it with a low cal like 1700cals walking around doing normal stuff u burn 2200cals avg male around 150lbs if ur 120lbs more like 2000cals burned so ud eat 1500cals a day ud lose a lb a week and if u keep that protein intake up u wouldnt lose musch muscle..but if u didnt have carbs ud def lose muscle the carbs will be used up as energy even doing nothing u use energy to keep ur body going so u need some carbs or ur muscle is gonna get gone...yea dont do this lol it just makes it harderand no way to actually build muscle this way
