Can you lose 4-5lb in 3-6 days if you don't eat and just have water?

And also does the detox diet really work?

  1. don't do it. you'll  be only muscle and water and that can make u gain more weight if u eat nothing. also, you'll just gain more weight right back up again once u start to eat again. it's best to just exercise regularly and eat healthy foods - it's unhealthy for your body to lose weight just like that - better to lose it more gradually

  2. you could lose it, but it would be water weight and muscle. detox works for some people. the best way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise.  

  3. you could, but you would get very cranky and depressed because your body needs the nutrients. try eating a few purple grapes (with the seeds) five times a day for healthy skin and attitude!

    Sustained weight loss requires both willpower and commitment.The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day.     1) Eat less

    2) Take regular vigorous exercise
