Can You Order Online to a Friends house?

Im gonna send my friend some items to the states (im in korea).

Im paying by Credit Card, and shipping to his house in AZ. Is it okay to do so? Like the Billing Address must be the same as the credit card, so the billing and shipping addresses will be different. Is it still okay to send it to him?

Yes, it's okay. Billing and shipping address do not have to be the same. There will be a space on the order form for shipping address if different from billing address.
