  1. 25 pushups and 25 situps before bed, and 25 pushups and 25 situps when you get up. In a week or two, you'll start seein results. In a month, you'll REALLY start seeing results.

  4. ok basically do sit-ups and other stomach exorcises. ehm lift weights, dont go too heavy cause then u could hurt urself. ehm muscle weighs more than fat does so u dont have to worrie bout loosing weight, also its easier to get muscley if you've got a bit of fot on you than it is if u have no fat
