There is nothing wrong with putting mascara on false lashes.  I do it everyday.  However, if you intend to reuse them, don't.

As someone else mentioned, using mascara after you've got the lashes on will blend your lashes with the falsies.. giving a more natural appearance.

Also, because mascara tends to attach differently to each lash, you end up disguising the tell-tale pattern the tips of the lashes have.

IMO, false lashes look fake without a light coat of mascara.

I've done it, but go easy on the mascara.  The eyelashes look really bad with too much on them and you'll be disappointed!
