  1. yea but no internet

  2. During take-off and landing you cannot, but once you reach cruising altitude (around 15-25 minutes after takeoff), you are perfectly okay to use your laptop.  Just make sure your wifi is turned off.  On some planes, they even have power ports so you can charge your computer.  (1st and business class and usually the first 10 rows of coach)

  3. Yes! But you cant use iNET.

  4. No, but I think soon they will be changing the rule at least in the EU. No electronic while in the air.cell phone computer etc.

  5. As natim1 says, yes you can, once the fasten seat belt sign is switched off.

If I have a lot of work to do on a flight, I usually check the airline/plane type and book a seat with a power point to take me beyond the computer battery capacity. I check here: http://www.seatguru.com/

Some flights have internet services, though not all. Internet in the air is very uhhh expensive. http://apcmag.com/inflight_internet_live...

Bring headphones, you don't want to annoy those sitting near you.

  6. ya you can,

business class and first class does definitely allow it.

  7. I think you can use your laptop after the safety belt sign goes off, you can use as play station without connecting net (wireless) you can watch films, work in  micro soft office just typing your experience for later use/ essay for print in some media
