Prepaid credit cards work exactly the same way as regular credit cards. In fact, the business taking the credit card can't tell the difference anyway. Anyone who takes credit cards (that includes Amazon) will take them.

I don't kno, but you should be able to use it just about anywhere.  I couldn't find anything on their website, so I guess just try it and see if it works.
