  3. Actually this corrupt individual should have been behind bars long long ago.  This is exactly what is wrong with our Politicians these days.  He should also be STRIPPED of his mayorship.

  4. Yes, but I'm from Michigan and have seen the headlines go by for years now.  Although corruption in Detroit isn't exactly newsworthy. It's why the city is doing so poorly.
