Can You delete a fantasy football team after the draft??

This is the situation.....I had a person in vite me to league I.D.# 343686 to play.....I joined, we did the draft........then later the commish goes and drops the whole leagues draft pics and pics who he wants and locked to controls so no one can pick up any players.......The whole league has no roster except the commish!!!That'ss a true loser there!!!!!
