  1. No, you can not join Delta, or any other Divine 9 Organization in H.S. The qualifications for joining is either

    1. You are attending a four year university that currently has an active chapter on campus

    2. You have received a bachelor's degree from a four year university, and you can apply for alumnae membership

    Of course in addition that, you  have to meet the minimal qualifications, and to join as well.

No.  You should instead be focused on your high school work, because you need to be able to get into a 4-year college or university that has an active chapter (or may form one) as a standard prerequisite for membership.  The same holds true not only for DST, but practically any Greek letter fraternal organization - there are very few that exist at the 2-year college level, and near none at the high school level in the United States.
