I know its kind of a wide variety of music, but can you tell me some bands that are kind of in the middle or just ones that sound like certain bands i've noticed.

If you like rage against the machine, here's a newer band including all but their lead singer.  It's called AUDIOSLAVE.  It also includes the lead singer of Soundgarden.  I hope you enjoy this great band.
