  1. unfortunately no

  2. definetly! i think that all kids with separated parents should get to chose who they wanna live with. im 14, my parents are divorced, and i live with my mom. you dont have to have a reason to want to live with one parent or the other, it your choice. you dont have to go to court to decide these things, you can work it out with your parents. unless the other parent is unable to care for u or they dont want to take custody, u can choose which parent u get to live with. the judge sympathizes, and knows what you are going through. since you are a girl, u will need your mom, for girl stuff. and if you take this to court, the judge wil definetly award custudy to your mom. divorce is tough, good luck.

  3. you probably can talk to somebody and let them know which parent you want to be with and maybe that will help the judge make the decision.

  4. yes! at 13 years of age you can choose who you wish to live with.

you need to go to a lawyer tho to go to a judge and ask to move back with your father..that may get a little confusing..

  5. You have to talk to the judge and explain why you want to live with one parent instead of the other then the judge will determine if the move is in your best interest.  In the end the judge will get the final say but you can express your wishes to live with your mom yes.

  6. you should find a lawyer and/or judge, and ask him the question.

like philip banks on fresh prince of bel air!
