Yes it is possible for a 12 year old to have s*x with an adult.  (18 is considered an adult).  However if caught the 18 year old will be placed into jail on staturtory rape charges, even if the s*x is concentual.  Why would an adult want to be in a position to have s*x with a child in normal circumstances anyway?  A pedophile would of course but not a "normal" adult.  Makes me wonder what is wrong with the adult that they hang around children...
