Can a 12 yr old babysit a 6 yr old and a 2 year old that has severe allergies full-time in Illinois?

you could probably leave her alone with the 6 year old but if your two year has  24/7 severe allergies i wouldn't...if the child takes any medicines that are required by doctor or uses an inhalor/eppi pen then the best thing to do is leave the child with an adult you can trust! It probably is not a very good idea to leave your child alone with a two year old anyway and with a 6 year old she would get stressed to easily.
