  1. Yes. ONLY if there is an adult joined with the account.

    You have to be 18 (17 with some banks) to have your OWN account.


  2. You need a checking (or other) account to have a debit card.  You'd probably have to get a joint account with a parent, since banks don't like doing business with people too young to legally sign a contract.

  5. Yes, www.GreenDotPrepaidCards.com, it's a credit card that you fill when you want to. You will need a parent to sign you up and there is a fee. I got one for my son because he likes to buy stuff off of Ebay etc... It's not too bad, but you have to ask your parents permission!
