Legally, no.  You can babysit and mow lawns and make things to sell possibly (like art or crafts).

i am 13 and i baby sit constintly and i work at my pools front desk i take their pool passes and keep them in order lol well i get paid 100$ a week for the poll and 75 for watching 3 kids all day  hope i helped:)

It is fairly common in family-owned restaurants.

You just could not handle any alcohol.

I am pretty sure you can't do it legally at 14.  Some small places like independent ice cream shops might hire a 14 year old, depending on when you turn 15.  I say call around.  Good luck!
