Can a 14 year old cash a check without id?

i got a check for XXXXX.XX from working online so where can i go to cash it can i get a bank account then deposit the check without id

well it really depends on where you live like where i live you dont need a checking account to cash a check.. and you almost always need your id   untill they get to know you and know who you are.. then they rarely ask for it
