  1. You can, but I wouldn't recommend it, wait until you're 16 or 17 and then go. I suggest looking at AFS to do you exchange, they have 60 of experience in international exchanges and the support system is great, the volunteers work very hard to make sure you have a memorable stay.

It's good that you're thinking of it at this age, you'll be able to apply early and have a better chance at getting your 1st country choice. You could look at taking some language classes if you want so you can get a basic understanding of German, Italian, or English if you don't already know it. AFS doesn't require that you know the language but it's very helpful. Also, you'll have time to get the money you'll need to pay for your exchange, AFS has scholarships and a fundraising site to help you with this.

    Good Luck!

  2. Sure, there are high school exchange programs for teens in all three countries. Check out these programs and make an inquiry to any that interest you:

You should also think about summer courses. You're very young, and you may have an easier time if you are abroad for a shorter time span than half a year or a full academic year. You can do your own search for high school or summer programs here:

I think being an international exchange student is a wonderful opportunity and that you should definitely pursue it if you have the means. Good luck and have fun!

  3. tey ef or education first. they have all the cities you're looking for excepet italy. your a bit young like me though. you have to be at least 16. I would like to try, but my parents would kill me. good luck.

  4. Through some programs you can, but i would recommend waiting until your 16 or 17.These ages allow you to get into more things and do more things. your host family will probably let you have a later curfew and there will be more freedom over all.so i suggest wait a little longer.
