My niece (who is 14) has been complaining of menstrual cramps for a little while. She took 2 Teen Midols, but it didn't seem to be working for her. After her Midols ware off, can I give her a regular adult Midol?

Also, if a Tylenol container says that the pills expire on July '08, does that mean they aren't good anymore?

  1. As long you have some type of medicine says 14 year could take a medicine for her cramps , go to the doctors to see if she use adult midol ok , just in case u dont want nothing bad happen to her . tell your niece if she want to get rid of bad cramps tell her :

    1) eat healthier food like fruits , vegatables , salad or something

    2) drink alot of water as you can

    3) try thinking postive of her cramps

    4) get plenlty of excerise like doing sits up it helps your cramps or go to the fitness center to get more excerise for her cramps and drink alot of water as well

    5) also get plenty of rest for her cramps
