Can a 14 year old ride a moped in minnesota if it is a 50cc but you have total control and can touch ground?

  1. You have to be 15 and take an approved course to get a moped license in Minnesota.

  2. I believe here in MN, you must have a valid drivers liscence to operate any motor vehicle on public roads.  The Moped must be liscenced and if you are under 18, you must have a helmet on.  If you only have your learners permit for car, you cannot ride.

  3. Body size has nothing to do with it. AGE you have to be of age

  4. at 14 youre not even in total control of your own hormones,let alone a motorized vehicle
