  1. I don't think so. You need a gardian or something.


  2. yes if you have a credit card or can get yourself to the airport ticket counter to pay with cash.


  3. you can buy it but some 18 or older has to get it for you.

The short answer is no.  At least from what I can tell in MN, you need to be 16 to sign a contract, and an airline ticket includes a contract of carriage.  In the event they DID let you buy one, if they found out, they could cancel the ticket with no refund, as the contract of carriage would not be legally binding.
