Can a 15 year old get a debt card?

With parental consent?

I'm in michigan if that makes any difference.

If not, that what is another alternative,besides those greendot cards. I think its a waste because its 5 dollars everytime you reload, which I probably will do often.

If I can't get a debt card could I get one through my parents, or something.

I know that at my bank you have to either be 18 or have parents sign on your account as a co-signer until you turn 18.

Yes. I know my friend's cousin has one and he got it when he was 14.
