Can a 15 year old pic up a package ,that was sent for her, at the post office?

if it's addressed to you you can pick it up.

I think you can pick it up yourself. They may ask for idendification, but I know most 15 year olds don't carry identification with them. If it's addressed to you, you should be able to pick it. They're probably ask you how to spell your name, your address and/or your phone number, and yet you have it. If you had a parent/guardian with you, it wouldn't matter, no one knows if they're your real parent/guardian anyways.
