  1. Yes, but be sure to use the correct dosage.  

    Dosage is 1 to 2 capsules per day, so I would start with just 1 to make sure you're not hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

    Revicon Max is basically just a multivitamin with added minerals, ginseng, and royal jelly.  It is a nutritional supplement for enhanced mental & physical performance, libido, stamina,  endurance, & prolonged energy.
