i'll be sixteen in about two weeks and i want to have my car by then, but in order for that to happen, i have to test drive cars before that time. i have a restricted license so i can drive by myself to school and work, and i can go anywhere with an adult in the car. i have taken driver's ed and have over 90 hours of driving experience. also, i have never had an accidnet of any kind. help, please?

  1. nope you have to be 18 or older

  2. I believe you have to be 18 and have a valid drivers license ~

  3. Not until you get your driving licenses.

  4. Probably not  due to insureance

    ask them

but in two weeks  its done deal   keep up the good job

    peace

  5. NO as you are not actually legal to drive. In most cases you have to be at least 18, with a job.

  6. I am sorry but the answer to your question is no, no way.

  7. absolutely not

  8. I'm thinking it might be legal, but the dealership will most likely frown upon it to the point of denying it.

  9. You need to be 18, tried it last week... I have license and insurance too

  10. No, for liability reasons they cannot do that. You will need to bring your parents with you.

  11. I worked in new car sales for four years and the minimum test drive age was 18.  Some individuals might let it slide if you already had your license and a parent was with you...but as a 15 year old I doubt it.

  12. depends on the country u are in, it also depends on the brand of car. Obviously Ferrari and Porsche are not going to let you drive one of there cars. Honda, Toyota might let you, good luck

  13. u have to have ur parents with u

  14. i really don't think so, not even a chance

  15. as far as i know, you're supposed to be 21 with a valid license..but when i was 15.5 with a permit, they let me test drive with a guardian. but it's also a different story because you have a restricted license.  your best bet is to just call dealerships and explain the situation and see what they say.
