I guess that would depend on if you are getting a co signer such as your parents or maybe someone 18 or older, also depends on where you live.

NO. As a former apartment building manager, their is no way you can rent or for that matter any 16 year old.

Nope. Most places are 18, some are 21. They'll have to run a credit check and a background check. Also, some places you have to be making three times the rent. Only way you can rent an apartment is if you're legally emancipated from your parents.
