Hola.  You can.  I've watched tons of girls waltz in and out of all the clubs unchecked who are obviously younger than 18.  Bouncers and door people (if there are any) usually turn a blind eye as the night goes on.  Especially if you flirt with them.  You might find it harder to get a drink.  Waiters have started to pay more attention to whom they are serving, but as the night goes on, I usually see the same young girls puking, so they are obviously getting booze from somewhere!
