Can a 16 year-old with a full oregon driver license drive in BC Canada?

by drive i mean drive by himself, carry passengers, etc.

  1. no, you would have to have a passport


  2. Once you are issued a license by a state, you are allowed to drive anywhere as long as you are not violating laws/regulations that your home state has (such as driving hours and all that stuff).  

    Since you will be driving in Canada, make sure you obtain a special insurance card from your insurer prior to leaving.  It basically says that you are covered for damages and that you meet or exceed their minimum liability insurance laws.
