Can a 1990 Suzuki DR350S be retro fitted with a electric starter?

The 94-99 DR350SE models had electric start which fits into a housing which is part of the engine/trans assembly.  To make a 90 model electric start you'd have to swap the whole engine/trans assembly from a 94-99 model.  You'll also have to swap the wiring harness from the SE model as well, plus the handlebar controls.  Not an easy job, but it can be done.
