Can a 20" bike be ridden by someone who is 5 feet tall? ?

I know about the measurement of the inseam and all that. But i'm looking for a general answer. I just want to know if this is possible. Thanks!

Many bmx bikes are 20" So i think its pretty possible. I ride a 20" bmx bike and im 5'8 and its just fine.

5 feet is about the right height for a 20" bike, u will be able 2 ride it no sweat...

Yeah.  I'm 5'7" and I can ride a 20" bike, it's not verly comfortable but it fits.  My friend who's 5'2" rides her brother's 20" bike all the time, and it works good for her.

i dont think it would be to comfortable for you. Hope it has a short stem
