  1. A $500 Wedding Tent for $100!

  2. We rented that size once for 6 - 8' tables and barely had enough room to fit them under the tent. And even then it was a little crowded.

  3. Not even close. I'm thinking that tent is about half the size you need. Figure on about 100 sq ft for each of your 9 tables, so that's 900 square feet, plus another 500 or so for a dance foor... with the cake and DJ I would estimate you need about 1600 square feet and you have 800.

  4. 20 x 40 feet?  Not even by a long shot.

Each couple needs about 10 square feet of dancing room.

Each person needs about 4-6 square feet for a meal.

You need about 10 square feet for each table--gift table, buffet table, head table, bar, DJ, cake...

    Yeah.  That's not big enough.

  5. well it covers 800 square feet. math it out and figure it out.

  6. Not at all. 20x40 is very small and will probably hold 6 tables at most very tightly.

  7. That square footage is as big as my apartment (20x40=800).  NO WAY could I fit all that in here, not even close.  You need close to 2000 sq ft in tents to do what you want to do....if not more.  You dont want to pack people in like sardines.

  8. well  not really, depending on how many guests  you have  they will be elbow  to elbow.. I suggest  you rent a separate, smaller (a 10 x 15  would work fine)   awning  for  the DJ  and dance floor.  just set it adjoining  the other, or maybe a bit apart  for those  who are not up to dancing. other wise it will be too cramped  for any one  to really have fun.
