Can a 3 inch PVC pipe withstand 80 psi pressure?

Im curious if an ordinary PVC could withstand a 300psi pressure. If not, can reinforcements of nylon resin improve its chances?

check the rating on the pipe.  i have seen pvc that is rated for 300psi.  i wouldn't use it in any area exposed to physical damage or sunlight tho.
