Can a 35mm,one time use camera be put on a cd at wal mart?

I bought a 35mm camera from Wal mart. It is one of those one time use cameras with 27 exposures. Can wal mart take the developed pictures from this Kodac camera and put them on a cd. On the box it does not say anything about being a digital camera.

Many 1-hour photos offer this service. It should be no problem for them. Look for the checkbox on the processing envelope. If it's not there, ask someone at the film center if this can be done.
