Can a 40in sony bravia xbr4 lcd screen be fixed?

there are some cuts in my lcd screen and i was wondering if they could be repaired or only replaced. Also how much it would cost. thank you

Nope.  They don't make those screens so that they can be repaired, they have to be replaced and you will spend as much to have it replaced as you would to buy a new one.
