Can a 410 shotgun fire a 45 long colt?

I know some newer rifles that fire 45 colt can also shot 410s but can a 410 shot 45 colts or is the presser to much?

Absolutely NOT!
Check and see how far a .45 (0.452") will fit into the muzzle end (0.410" or smaller depending upon the choke).

It could be worse!!

Both of mine are modified cylinder measuring exactly 0.410", so they will fire .41 Long Colts, though the brass casings blow apart, wasting most of the energy.
I've also fired hand cast .41 bullets from .410 shotgun shells with decent accuracy (3" pattern at 50 yards).
