Can a 4x2x2 tank house an adult bearded dragon?

it's ok, as long as you can get the BD out, I have a 4x2x2 viv and built a shelf in to add another foot of room with the vit d bulbs above and below the shelf.

I would use a 5ft long, 2ft. wide, and 3ft. high because bearded dragons can grow to 2ft.
