  1. yes, I am 5"0 feet and my son's father is 5"10 size 10 foot and our 15 yrs old is 6"2 with a 13 foot so anything is possible

  2. Absolutely! It's especially possible if the child eats a lot more protein than his parents did in their youth.

  3. Definately.

I'm much taller than my two parents.  My great grandfather was apparently a big tall man though.  My dad says it skipped a couple of generations!  These things often do.  It's all about what genes are recessive and what genes are dominant which can throw up all kinds of oddities in hair or eye colour and things like that.

  4. Yes!

    I'm 5'1", my husband is 6'.

On my paternal side, my dad was 5'11", my grandfather was 6'3" and my great-grandfather was 5'9".

On my husband's paternal side, his dad was 6'3", his grandfather was 6'2" and his great-grandfather was 5'10" .

Our youngest son is 6'4", the tallest on both sides in 4 generations.

I guess it all depends on which end of the gene pool they/we were swimming in at the time of conception.

  5. sure, look to the grandparents or aunts/uncles.
