I would say yes and no. because some newer vehicles on the road today require the passenger in the passenger sezt be 100Lbs or the airbag won't deploy.

I don't think it's safe to sit anywhere in front of a car unless it's parked.

BUT... Yes, you should be ok to sit in the front SEAT of the car.

I'd say if he was 70 IBS or less then no.

Yes, I think that would be fine. I have always disagreed with how on the car's label it says: "Anyone 12 or under should not sit in the front." because people are all of different heights. I know a 4'5 13 year old.. They should say a specific height, not age.

Yes but that does not mean it is legal.....Lawfully.. if your not in commercial activity as in driving and getting paid your are technically sojourning in non secular activity and not under the commercial regulations for drivers....That is if you have never begged for a license.....Then you have to negate their assumption by getting agreement with them that you are an ecclesiastic performing the non secular functions of your calling.....definitely not driving!   Riding yes but not driving.
