Can a Belkin external antenna be used with an XM Inno?

Heck, you can't even pick up XM with a Sirius antenna and vice-versa.

Satellite radio receivers require OEM antennas that are manufactured to pick up satellite signals - so, no - sorry, unless your belkin is specifically designed to pick up XM or Sirius.

Are you talking about an antenna that is intended for the home kit or car kit?  If so, neither of these can be used with the Inno.

Belkin makes a pair of antenna headphones for the Inno.  Reception with them is excellent.  In my house I receive 3 bars of repeater signal and usually 2 bars of satellite signal.  Outdoors, I get 3 bars of repeater and 3 bars of satellite.  Signal never cuts out, even when I walk under trees and stuff.
